So my husband and I came up with a plan to help me stay on track better and also encourage him to encourage me.
I need to and want to lose weight so badly!! Summer is coming up and the weather here in MN has actually been really wonderful lately! We got a puppy now and I want to be able to go outside and enjoy this summer and feel good about myself!!
So here is the plan. I'm back on WW plan starting today and am going to get my butt back to exercising, whether it be the gym or outside! So we made a calender! I put my goal weight on there and I have "Bonuses" I guess you can call them.
I get a $1.00 for each day I log all my WW points.
$1.00 for each day I go to the gym.
$1.00 for each lb I lose.
$1.00 for each week I workout at 3X a week and log all my points.
$5.00 When monthly goal is reached
$10.00 for Mark if I meet my monthly goal.
This is kind of like getting rewards for clothes, but instead it's money for clothes or whatever else I need/want. A little more incentive to keep working towards it.
Plus I feel like I'm back to really wanting this and making sure I prioritize my time to do so. Before I had just been to lazy. Now that I'm getting used to working two jobs and starting a business things feel a little easier.
So here I go. Day 1. Still trying to get logged into WW, but working on that now as we speak. :)
So goal for this month is to reach 195lbs. Small goal since it's not too far away. I know I can easily reach this goal. For this month though I won't get my $5.00 since it's so close. Maybe just a little of it. :)
So weigh in today 198.8lbs.
